How it works

  1. Share your experiences of loneliness with other people in the same boat.

  2. Get practical help and support from people who have overcome feelings of loneliness.

  3. Learn about some suggested steps to help regain confidence and resilience to meet new people and strengthen existing relationships.

  4. Meet weekly with a small group of people in your local neighbourhood.

  5. Help others over time by sharing the lessons you learn on your journey.
